ADS agreement

ADS agreement
An ADS reporting plan which establishes the conditions of ADS data reporting (i.e. data required by the air traffic services unit and frequency of ADS reports which have to be agreed to prior to the provision of the ADS services).
Note.— The terms of the agreement will be exchanged between the ground system and the aircraft by means of a contract, or a series of contracts.

План передачи донесений ADS, который определяет условия передачи донесения ADS (т. е. данных, необходимых органу обслуживания воздушного движения, и частоту передачи донесений ADS, что должно быть согласовано до начала предоставления обслуживания ADS).
Примечание. Обмен информацией об условиях соглашения между наземной системой и воздушным судном будет обеспечиваться посредством контракта или серией контрактов.
